  • 1 lb.

    ground beef

  • 3/4 cup

    chopped onion

  • 1

    garlic glove, minced

  • 2 tbsp.

    Mexene Chili Powder

  • 1 tbsp.

    flour

  • 1 tbsp.

    salt

  • 1/2 tsp.

    ground cumin

  • 1/2 tsp.

    sugar

  • 1 8 oz.

    can tomato sauce

  • 1 cup

    water

  • Put ground beef in a large, deep skillet, and cook over medium-high until brown.

  • Drain and set aside.

  • Add browned beef along with all other ingredients to a large kettle.

  • Bring to boil.

  • Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.

  • Serve and enjoy!
