Mexene Chili Powder

1 tbsp.
salt
1/2 tsp.
ground cumin
1/2 tsp.
sugar
1 8 oz.
can tomato sauce
1 cup
water

Put ground beef in a large, deep skillet, and cook over medium-high until brown.
•
Drain and set aside.
•
Add browned beef along with all other ingredients to a large kettle.
•
Bring to boil.
•
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
•
